This completely depends on what you order, if its in stock in our UK depot than you can get a delivery within 3-5 days.

If you have a damaged or faulty item we will exchange the item for you. If you just wish to return the item for a refund then we have a 7 day return policy. Please see out Terms and Conditions.

Once the order is placed online then you will have to give us a call or drop us and email to change this.

We do not offer a tracking service as most of our items are large items. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time for your delivery.

We currently only ship our online products to places within our delivery area. We can offer international shipping on certain products so please do get in contact with us.

We try to get all products delivered on one delivery but this is not always possible. We will let you know once your order comes through on our system.
